Do I need a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts required. Book by the hour, day, or month with flexible terms. For monthly arrangements, we require a 30-day cancellation notice to allow us to accommodate other clients.

Can I book workspace on short notice?

Yes. Subject to availability, you can book same-day. We recommend booking in advance for private offices and meeting rooms during peak times.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Secure parking is available on-site for workspace users. Due to limited parking spaces, we encourage carpooling whenever possible to ensure availability for all clients. Thank you for your cooperation!

Can I use the workspace address for my business?

Ad-hoc workspace users cannot use our address for business registration or CIPC purposes. However, clients on annual contracts for hot desk or private office use receive our Virtual Office service at no additional cost – giving you a legitimate business address for all compliance needs.

What are the operating hours?

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Ad-hoc clients can arrange weekend or after-hours access by pre-arrangement (subject to availability). Clients with annual contracts have 24/7 access to their private offices at their convenience.

Do you offer day passes?

Yes. Hot desk day passes are available. Contact us for current rates.
