What happens if I cancel my Virtual Office subscription?

Upon cancellation, your right to use the Second Office address ends immediately. You must:

  1. Update your CIPC registration to your new address within 30 days (required by law)
  2. Remove the Second Office address from your website, business cards, and marketing materials
  3. Update your email signature and online listings

Any mail received after cancellation will be returned to sender. Continued use of the address after cancellation is a breach of contract and may result in legal action.

We understand that address changes take time. That's why we recommend our quarterly billing option (save R300!) if you're planning to use the service long-term.

Can I pause my subscription and resume later?

We don't offer paused subscriptions, but you can cancel and re-subscribe anytime with no setup fees. However, you cannot use the address during any period when you're not actively subscribed.

If you're experiencing temporary cash flow issues, contact us. We may be able to arrange a payment plan rather than cancellation.

What if I just need the address for CIPC registration, not ongoing mail?

We understand that some businesses primarily need the address for compliance purposes. However, the address remains our property and requires ongoing subscription to use legally.
